Returns
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect products
- An unboxing video is mandatory for return requests
- The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees, blouses, jewellery, potli bags, and handcrafted items are non-returnable unless damaged
- Customized or altered products are not eligible for return
Refunds
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
