Refund and Returns Policy

We take utmost care in delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, the following
policy applies:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect products
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for return requests
  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees, blouses, jewellery, potli bags, and handcrafted items are non-returnable unless damaged
  • Customized or altered products are not eligible for return

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
